So far, I have learned how to use strings and variables to make codes that output words or numbers. Using various techniques such as "" and + to string these words and a print function to make it operate. I also learned how to use backslashes to make my code more neat and the input function to have a user type in a response. A problem I ran into was connecting multiple phrases and words together with numbers. I fixed it by learning that there always needs to be a + with '' to make them string together. I also figured out how to use backslashes because I was frustrated by have all the code on one line. I learned this by asking my teacher. Overall I am excited to learn more but I feel like I need to grasp the concept more than just coding it. I don't feel like I understand the why and how python works the way it does.

If the internet shut down here in the United States for several days or even months like it does in other places, the effects would be vastly similar except on a more grand scale. The United States has a large economy, in fact the largest (or somewhere in the top 3), that massively uses the internet. To me there is no time, the government could benefit from shutting down the internet. The US lives off of free speech and having our own opinions through twitter that an internet shutdown would just cause outrage and hurt the economy. For me, the internet shutting down would prevent me from communicating to my parents where I am, completing simple school tasks, and browsing on my phone. I would need to make simple but tedious life adjustments such as, using an assignment pad and turning back to landline phones. I have never lived a life without the internet, so I am sure my parents would laugh at my worries if this ever possibly happened. If there was a way the government in the US could shut down the internet without severely hurting the economy, then yes maybe it could solve all of this 'generations' problems according to my grandparents.
I wish a computer could help me keep track of my keys using an app on my phone and a key chain
card. Input: GPS longitude and latitude coordinates with Bluetooth activation, and depending on if the keys are moving movement speed will be input Storage: Coordinates are stored as longitude and latitude, movement speed is also stored Processed: Coordinated and movement speed are processed to configure the precise and accurate location of the key chain card on the keys. Output: A display of the exact coordinates and location of the key chain card (keys) on the app I asked my Dad, 'What computing innovation has had the most impact in his life?'. He answered with the innovation of email. This is because of the effects it has had in the business world for him as well as in his personal life. He said it was a game changing innovation to be able to just send letters and mail on a computer and get it within seconds rather than days or weeks. He said it has played and still plays a significant role in connecting with business partners, making sales, etc. Without it, his business would not operate. He also said that it made communication with family and friends quicker and better, as before texting, this was the best way to communicate. This is a different approach than I had, as to me the alarm clock affects my life the most. Both help us in different ways, the alarm clock helps me get up for the day, and email helps my Dad make money and run a business. I though much smaller than he did, but of course that is because he is worrying about bigger things than getting up for school everyday.
The computing innovation that has had the most impact on my life other than a computer or phone is probably an alarm clock. It wakes me up every day whether I want to wake up or not. Some days it can have a negative impact on my life, since I will keep snoozing it instead of actually waking up. The snooze function has made me late to school or other important matters I would have to attend. But the negative impacts can often be overlooked because of the positive impacts it has made. I don't need my parents or siblings to wake me up, instead it wakes me up. Not only does it wake me up, it wakes me up on time every day. It does 50% of the work, while I decide to wake up or snooze for 10 more minutes of sleep.
